You must be at least 18 years of age to use Hazivo. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. Hazivo reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our policies.
You may not use Hazivo to post fraudulent, misleading, or prohibited listings; harass or harm other users; distribute spam or unsolicited messages; violate any applicable UAE law or regulation; or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems. Violations may result in immediate account suspension.
Certain features of Hazivo may require payment, including featured listings, promotional placements, and business subscriptions. All fees are stated in AED and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by UAE Consumer Protection Law. Hazivo reserves the right to change its fee structure with reasonable notice.
Hazivo acts as an intermediary marketplace and does not guarantee the accuracy of listings or the conduct of users. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Hazivo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
